Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required.
• PE license is required.
• 8+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of traffic engineering and transportation projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with public agencies, municipalities, and stakeholders.
• Mentor, recruit, and grow a high-performing traffic engineering team.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee preparation of traffic studies and design deliverables.
