Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, be a licensed PE, and have over 12 years of experience in traffic engineering. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver traffic engineering projects across scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary project team.
• Manage multiple clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Support business development, proposal preparation, and opportunity identification.
• Conduct and lead technical traffic analyses for highways, arterials, and multimodal facilities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and high-quality project deliverables.
• Develop MOT concepts, staging, and plans for construction.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, bids, and funding documentation.
