Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking a Traffic Payroll Coordinator to handle daily payroll reporting and driver-related administration. This role supports our distribution centers and retailers, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or higher, at least 2 years in administrative or customer service work, strong communication, and proficiency with payroll and logistics software.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required. Some college education is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years Administrative and/or Customer Service experience in an office setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superb problem-solving skills, with ability to interact with customers and follow through quickly with problem resolution.
• Excellent computer skills. Prefer experience with e2open, Samara, and QualComm.
• Previous dispatching or multi-line phone experience preferred.

Compensation Details:

$18.00- $22.20 per hour

Sunday- Thursday

8am- 4:30pm

What You’ll Do

• Maintain Daily/Weekly reports
• Interact with Ace Retailers providing information and services
• Serve as point of contact for the Drivers
• Various other administrative duties.
