Job summary

Fawkes & Reece in Harrogate are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall / Gatesperson to join a major housing development project. The role involves managing gates, directing deliveries, and maintaining site safety.

Successful candidates will hold a valid CPCS/NPORS Traffic Marshall ticket and have prior construction experience. The position offers long-term work with an established client. Availability from Monday 21st September; call Keagan to discuss start dates.

Qualifications

• Valid Traffic Marshall ticket (CPCS/NPORS) required.
• Experience on construction/housing developments.
• Strong understanding of site safety and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage site gates and control vehicle access.
• Direct deliveries and manage site traffic safely.
• Perform Traffic Marshall duties on site.
• Assist with Slinger/Signaller duties when required.
• Support the site team in maintaining a safe, well-organised working environment.
