Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our expanding team in the UK.

Qualified M1/M2 Operatives will work with direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines while maintaining health and safety standards. Duties include setting up lights, managing traffic flow, reading CAD drawings, and reporting to site/operations management to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications required.
• Right to Work in UK is mandatory.
• Full UK Driving licence required (no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
