Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to work with major traffic management clients in the UK. Roles include M1/M2 operative duties, setting up traffic lights, and managing flow on site.

Ideal candidates will have Lantra traffic management qualifications, a valid UK driving licence (up to 6 points), and be able to pass drugs and alcohol checks while complying with health and safety standards on all sites.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Right to Work in UK and a valid UK driving licence are required.
• Pass Drugs & Alcohol check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights where required.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary lights and ensure public compliance.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure safe working practices and RAMS compliance.
• Report plant and vehicle defects.
• Assist with unloading/loading of materials.
• Meet targets and deadlines with direct and sub-contract labour.
