Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our team. The role involves setting up, maintaining and removing traffic management sites in line with NHSS, reading CAD drawings and reporting near misses to managers.

Candidate must have Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications, be able to pass a drugs & alcohol test, have the right to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence (max 6 points). Training and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management operations and ability to read CAD traffic management drawings.
• Lantra approved traffic management qualifications.
• Ability to pass a drugs and alcohol check.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Reporting near misses and informing site/Operation Managers.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensuring safe and effective team operation to meet output and quality targets.
• Complying with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Adhering to RAMS and ensuring safety procedures.
• Managing unloading/loading of vehicles with Traffic Management equipment.
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
