Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to support major traffic management projects. You will set up, maintain and remove sites in line with NHSS, read CAD traffic management drawings, and help ensure safe, high‑quality operations on site.

Applicants must hold Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications, have the right to work in the UK, a full UK driving licence (≤6 points), and be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol test; good teamwork and

Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
Right to Work in the UK.
Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).
Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.

Responsibilities

Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.
Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
