• Support first responders, emergency management, and law enforcement communications.
• Detect and report incidents, dispatch service patrols, and notify the public.
• Handle calls from various persons, organizations, and agencies.
• Create and submit work orders for equipment failures or malfunctions.
• Use software to control ITS field devices, monitor traffic flow, and analyze data.
• Ensure data submissions are accurate in logs and reports.
• Provide guidance to responders and motorists during severe events.
• Post alerts, notifications, and messages as needed.
• Assist in coordinating responses to disasters and high-profile events.
• Perform other related duties as directed.

• Provide guidance to responders and motorists during severe traffic events.

• Perform other related duties as directed.

Qualifications

• High School + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
