Qualifications

• BA/BS and 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Preferred minimum 5 years experience in traffic control and ITS engineering.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct traffic analysis and forecasting.
• Prepare technical documents and specifications.
• Participate in ITS and emerging technology projects.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and clients.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
