Position Overview
As a Traffic Intern at HDR, you will work on real‑world projects, applying standard engineering techniques under the supervision of a Project Manager and performing other duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain real‑world experience on exciting projects
- Connect with recent college graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures
- Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with a 3.0+ GPA
- Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
- Preference is given to local candidates
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Commitment to an active participation in the employee‑owned culture
