Job summary

LaRiviere Inc. in Coeur d'Alene, ID / Spokane, WA is seeking a dependable Traffic Flagger to help keep crews, drivers, and pedestrians safe around active construction sites. You’ll stay alert, communicate clearly, and show up prepared to work.

You will direct traffic with stop/slow paddles and signals, set up signs and barriers, and coordinate with flaggers, operators, and supervisors. Reliable attendance and the ability to work outdoors for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Current flagger certification valid for the project location.
• Previous flagging or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to remain attentive and respond calmly to changing traffic conditions.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team.
