Job summary

Quapaw Nation Court seeks a Cost Collection and Traffic Clerk to accurately process traffic citations, collect fines, and maintain financial records in the Ki-Ho-Ta Center. You will balance daily receipts, prepare deposits, respond to inquiries, and provide courteous service to defendants and law enforcement while upholding confidentiality and court procedures.

This full-time, safety-sensitive role requires attention to detail, independence, and the ability to work with court systems and payment

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general office practices, recordkeeping, filing, and cash handling.
• Ability to accurately process and maintain confidential court, case, and financial records.
• Experience with money handling, payments, and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, process, enter, and maintain traffic citations and related records.
• Balance daily collections and prepare deposits with proper documentation.
• Respond to inquiries from defendants, attorneys, and the public with professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality and operate court management and payment systems.
• Provide backup coverage for court clerks and support calendar and filings.
