Quality Counts LLC is hiring a Traffic Field Technician for part-time outdoor work in the Salt Lake City area. You will install traffic data collection equipment and perform related field tasks that support engineers and planners improving local infrastructure.

The role requires physical readiness, independent work, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Expect 10–15 hours in slow seasons and 30+ hours during peak times, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in labor-focused roles.
• Prefers working outside.
• Self-motivated, can work independently and troubleshoot.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders (~15 ft).
• Can work 10–15 hours weekly in slow seasons and 30+ hours weekly in busy seasons.
• Daily start at office-warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Drive across the greater SLC area installing traffic data collection equipment.
• Perform moderate physical labor installing cameras and road tubes.
• Join teammates for traffic surveys and parking lot studies.
