Quality Counts is seeking a full-time Transportation Field Technician to install and retrieve traffic data collection equipment across Louisiana communities, with occasional travel to neighboring states. This outdoor role requires hands-on work, reliability, and strong communication to meet project deadlines.

The technician will operate field equipment, download data, and support engineers for local infrastructure decisions. A varied schedule and on-site fieldwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Capability for heavy physical labor outdoors.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Strong communication skills with team members and supervisors.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and using power tools.

Responsabilités

• Install and retrieve traffic data collection equipment across Louisiana cities.
• Perform field maintenance and data downloading tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and meet project deadlines.
• Travel locally and to nearby states as needed.
• Document and report collected data to internal systems.
