Responsibilities

• Reviews plans, specifications, and contracts; conducts on-site inspections.
• Analyzes survey data to plan projects and ensure code compliance.
• Assesses road designs for standards and feasibility and estimates quantities and costs.
• Coordinates with contractors and vendors for construction, operations, and maintenance.
• Provides technical guidance on design, construction, and repairs.
• Assesses traffic patterns and environmental conditions to identify engineering issues.
