WSP is seeking a Traffic Engineering Project Manager for our Minneapolis, MN office. This hybrid position involves managing traffic engineering projects and contributing to business growth within the Minneapolis region.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Leading traffic engineering projects across Minnesota.
2. Supporting regional traffic initiatives and client management.
3. Identifying new business opportunities and assisting in proposal development.
4. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting agency coordination.
5. Engaging in marketing and strategic planning activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (traffic emphasis) or related field.
• 7-10 years of traffic engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong technical skills in traffic design, analysis, and safety studies.
• Experience with public sector transportation projects and client relationship management.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, P.E., PMP, PTOE certifications.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary range: $107,700 - $181,900.
