Stonefield Engineering & Design in New York, NY invites engineering students to join our Traffic Engineering Team as Summer 2027 interns. This internship offers hands-on experience that complements your degree and provides exposure to real-world transportation projects.

Responsibilities include traffic counts, field inspections, Traffic Impact Studies, highway capacity analysis, DOT permitting, meetings, roadway and traffic signal design, and site/planning tasks with data collection and cost

Formación

• Enrolled in an accredited Civil Engineering degree program.

Responsabilidades

• Performing traffic counts, field inspection, preparing Traffic Impact Studies, and Highway Capacity Analysis
• DOT Permitting, attending project meetings, roadway design, and traffic signal design
• Site and zoning investigation, concept design, field work, drafting of site plans, assisting in site plan design, data collection, cost estimating, and associated supporting tasks.
