Job summary

AECOM is seeking Traffic Engineers and Designers for our Southeast US Transportation team. You will contribute to signing/pavement marking design, traffic signal design, and related highway projects across major corridors.

Qualifications

• CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
• Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License; State DOT experience; Knowledge of AASHTO Green Book and MUTCD.

Responsibilities

• Signing/pavement marking design.
• Traffic signal design.
• Work on large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery highway projects.
• Experience with signing / pavement marking design on interchanges is preferred.
