Qualifications

• BSCE degree required.
• EIT certification required; PE preferred.
• Familiarity with AASHTO Green Book and MUTCD.
• GDOT design standards knowledge helpful.
• Proficient with traffic modeling tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare traffic signal, pavement marking, signing, lighting, and MOT plans.
• Prepare ITS designs.
• Perform data collection and traffic impact analyses.
• Prepare traffic and safety studies.
• Conduct transportation planning studies.
• Produce quantity and cost estimates.
• Prepare written reports.
