Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering and PA PE license.
• 5+ years of traffic experience.
• Proficiency in CAD / AutoCAD and familiarity with PennDOT/PA Turnpike standards.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff and design ITS, traffic signal, and lighting systems.
• Conduct signal timing studies and analyze levels of service.
