Job summary

Traffic Management LLC is seeking a Flagging/Traffic Controller in Chico, CA. The role focuses on road safety, setting up traffic control, and ensuring safe passage through work zones.

Responsibilities include learning two-way flagging, loading equipment, and completing reports. Candidates must hold a valid license, pass a drug test, and be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for 3 years and a clear motor vehicle record.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass drug test.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Safety is our business! As a Flagger/Traffic Controller you are responsible for road closures and the safety of those passing by.
• Learn how to close off a road using cones/barricades and manage two-way flagging with a stop & slow sign.
• Load trucks and deliver/pick up barricades, signs, and Traffic Control equipment; complete reports and other duties as necessary.
