Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC, located in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Traffic Control TMA Driver to join our Highway Striping Team. The role involves operating TMA vehicles, setting up traffic control devices, and ensuring safety regulations are followed. A valid driver's license is required, with a CDL preferred. Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Experience operating TMA vehicles or similar equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments under various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, overtime, and occasional overnight travel.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) vehicles to and from project sites.
• Set-up, install, and maintain traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and arrows.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and DOT guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with general equipment maintenance and upkeep.
