TRP Construction Group, LLC, with locations in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, is a rapidly growing striping company offering career advancement opportunities. TRP is seeking a Traffic Control TMA Driver to join our Highway Striping Team and help ensure the safety of the traveling public by delivering precise and efficient traffic control services.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and drive Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) vehicles to and from project sites and within work zones to protect workers and motorists.
• Set‑up, install, and maintain traffic control devices such as cones, signs, arrow boards, and delineators.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of traffic control activities.
• Assist with general equipment maintenance and upkeep, as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Experience operating TMA vehicles or similar equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments under various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, overtime, and occasional overnight travel.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
