RoadSafe Traffic Systems is seeking a Traffic Control Technician II to set up and take down lane closures on state highways, redirect traffic for crews, and operate safety equipment at job sites. You may work independently or with a traffic control crew.
The role requires 1-3 years of experience with 2,000 field hours, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 70 pounds, and DOT compliance. Training in ATSSA TCT intermediate level is preferred; Nights/weekends and statewide travel are common.

The Traffic Control Technician II is responsible for setting up and taking down lane closures and ensuring the safety of assigned traffic control projects. This role involves performing lane closures on state highways and other roadways, redirecting traffic for workers or survey crews, and working independently or as part of a traffic control crew. Additionally, the role also involves assembling, delivering, and picking up safety products from job sites, following contractor directions.
