Job summary

US Traffic Control seeks dependable, safety‑mocused workers to support roadway, utility, and infrastructure projects in and around Knoxville. You will set up traffic control zones, place cones and barricades, and direct traffic safely around work zones.

Ideal candidates have a valid license; CDL/ATSSA certifications are a plus, with outdoor, physical work experience. Overtime, benefits, and paid training are provided across multiple Knoxville area locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Construction, utility, paving, or traffic control experience preferred.
• CDL and ATSSA certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain traffic control zones.
• Place cones, signs, and barricades.
• Direct traffic safely around work zones.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Support construction and utility crews.
