Job summary

USTC Group is hiring dependable, safety‑focused CDL drivers, construction laborers, utility workers, paving or asphalt crew members, flaggers, or Traffic Control Technicians for projects in the Knoxville area. Join a team focused on stability and growth across roadway and infrastructure work.

You'll set up traffic control zones, place cones and signs, direct traffic, operate company vehicles, and support crews.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in construction, utilities, paving, or traffic control preferred.
• CDL and ATSSA certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain traffic control zones.
• Place cones, signs, and barricades.
• Direct traffic safely around work zones.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Support construction and utility crews.
