The Traffic Controller will set up safe work zones, use signs and cones, and protect workers from traffic. This role requires 18+ years of age, a smartphone for timekeeping, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Be able to work in all weather conditions and tolerate varying climates.
• Pass a drug screen prior to employment and maintain a drug free status.
• Be able to stand throughout the entire shift and perform hand/arm movement.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Setup, maintain, and remove temporary work zones with signs, cones, and barriers.
• Load and unload work zone equipment from the company vehicle.
• Complete and submit all necessary paperwork before leaving the job site.
• Wear and maintain PPE per Wright policy.
• Ensure company vehicles are kept clean and report safety concerns.
