Job summary

Lite & Barricade, Inc. in Texas is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee all operational and administrative functions at the Dallas area location, ensuring safe, consistent delivery of products and services while managing insurance claims and customer issues.

The ideal candidate has extensive traffic control industry knowledge, proven leadership, and OSHA 30 certification; a high school diploma (some college preferred) and at least 10 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the traffic control industry.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• Management/leadership training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all departments/functions within the operations team in yard and field.
• Hire, oversee, direct and manage the inside sales team.
• Handle safety issues/meetings for the Dallas location.
• Handle all customer and Company complaints.
• Hire all operational team members.
• Disciplinary actions for Operations team members.
• Assist HR with unemployment claims.
• Participate in ATSSA meetings and industry events.
• Negotiate quantities and pricing with vendors for job materials.
• Collaborate with Estimating on large quotes and TXDOT lane closure contracts.
• Provide training to employees on new products.
