Job summary

American Striping Company, a Frontline Road Safety Group company, seeks an experienced Traffic Control Supervisor to lead field operations on roadway projects in Colorado. You will assign work, coordinate crews, ensure plans and safety rules are followed.

Responsibilities include monitoring traffic control setups, training staff, maintaining equipment readiness, and coordinating with customers and project teams to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of traffic control experience.
• Experience leading traffic crews.
• CCA or ATSSA certification required.
• Valid Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Performs traffic control duties independently.
• Leads daily traffic control operations and crew assignments.
• Coordinates setup, modification, and removal of traffic control work zones.
• Reviews traffic control plans and ensures field compliance.
• Monitors traffic control activities for safety and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinates with customers, dispatch, and project teams to support project execution.
• Provides training, mentoring, and work direction to traffic control personnel.
• Conducts equipment inspections and verifies readiness of vehicles and materials.
• Completes reporting and documentation timely and accurately.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
