We provide weekly certification classes in multiple locations. Training includes handling traffic control devices and safety protocols. Employees may earn advancement opportunities into truck programs or TCS roles.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age

• Dependable vehicle for transportation to work sites
• Pass a drug screening test and criminal background check

Duties

• Stand on cement and various surfaces for 8–12 hours per day in weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, while operating signaling devices
• Perform bending, stooping, squatting, and knee bending as required
• Reach above head and maintain full upper body mobility
• Lifting and carrying 10lbs continuously, 30lbs occasionally, and up to 50lbs rarely
• Follow specific instructions and communicate quickly and effectively with team members

Typical schedule is Monday‑Friday, 6:00AM to 6:00PM. Applicants must be willing to commit to at least 3 consistent days per week and may need to drive up to 50 miles to a job site. Flagging hours are variable; they are not guaranteed and may vary.
