Coastal Elite Pro is seeking personnel to work at job sites to ensure traffic safety. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitor site activity while adhering to safety protocols.

The role is outdoors in all weather, with a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 40–50 pounds, and flexibility in schedule required. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility in schedule and punctuality required.
• Passing a pre-employment drug test is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down cones, signs, and barricades.
• Guide traffic with stop/slow paddles and monitor site activity.
• Follow all safety protocols learned during training.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
