Coastal Elite Pro in Franklin, Tennessee is hiring a Traffic Control Associate to work with a field crew on various job sites. No prior experience or degree is required because comprehensive training is provided.

You will set up cones, signs and barricades, operate stop/slow paddles, and ensure safety protocols while guiding traffic. The role is outdoor and weather dependent; you must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and pass pre‑hire screening.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality required.
• Must pass pre-hire screening including drug tests.
• Be alert around traffic and conduct yourself respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and dismantling traffic control setups
• Guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles
• Following safety training and procedures
• Collaborating with crew and supervisors
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
