You will set up cones, signs, barricades, and equipment, monitor traffic, and communicate with coworkers. The role is outdoors, involves lifting 40–50 pounds, and requires flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for long durations.
• Capable of lifting 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and varied weather.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
• Alertness around moving traffic and adherence to safety rules.
• Respectful interaction with coworkers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Set up cones, signs, barricades and traffic control equipment.
• Use stop/slow paddles to guide traffic.
• Monitor traffic and site activity.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain vehicles/equipment.
