Flagger Force, LLC is hiring Traffic Control Flaggers to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. Crews are dispatched from home to job sites across the eastern United States, with a fast track to Crew Leader after the initial training period.

Starting pay is $19.75 per hour, with an accelerated 7‑day training window and opportunities for advancement to leadership roles. The role offers paid in‑house training, a company vehicle after promotion, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must meet Accelerated Training within 7 days of employment.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to training.
• MVR review to verify driving record.
• ATSSA or state certification preferred.
• Able to stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required.
• Two-way radios approved.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As an Experienced Traffic Control Flagger - Crew Leader Candidate, you will:

• Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones

• Control traffic flow and ensure public safety

• Support crew leaders with setup, client communication, and field reporting

• Mentor new crew members and help drive site efficiency

This is an essential role that directly contributes to public safety and infrastructure development.

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

• Meet Accelerated Training Requirement for 1st 7 days of employment
  • Attend Training 11/11-11/25
  • Saturday required in 1st week of employment

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Valid driver’s license
  • Employees must be able to have reliable transportation to mandatory training

• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements

  • Verified through a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review

• Approved Traffic Control Flagging Certification (ATSSA, State Certificate, etc.) Preferred

• Physical endurance – Ability to stand for 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles per day, lift up to 30-50lbs, and work outdoors in various conditions

• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability

• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots that lace above the ankles and are at least 6″ in height.

• Approved two-way radios
