Job summary

Vector-Force-Development, LLC is hiring experienced and entry-level Traffic Control Flaggers to safely direct traffic around construction sites using cones, signs, and barricades.

Responsibilities include directing traffic, monitoring patterns, coordinating with crews, inspecting devices for MUTCD compliance, and promoting safety for all. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Stand for extended periods and meet physical demands.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Able to work in extreme weather (hot or cold).
• Availability to work M-F starting as early as 6:00 AM, plus overtime.
• Available to work weekends and nights when required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

This Position:

We are currently hiring experienced and entry-level Traffic Control Flaggers. Our flaggers work with construction crews to safely control traffic flow in and around the construction site using traffic cones, warning signs and barricades.

• Safely direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic through construction and work zones.
• Monitor traffic patterns and identify potential safety hazards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and fellow flaggers to coordinate traffic control operations.
• Inspect, maintain, and adjust traffic control devices to ensure compliance with MUTCD and company safety standards.
• Promote a safe work environment for employees, motorists, and the public.
• Follow all company, local, state, and federal safety regulations

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• You can stand for extended periods of time and can meet other physical demands of the job
• Possess a valid state driver’s license

Benefits and compensation:

• Hourly rate: $18.00
• Regular wage increases, and overtime opportunities
