Job Overview

We are seeking entry-level Traffic Control Flaggers to work in our team. No prior experience is necessary. Starting pay is $13.50/hour, with opportunities for promotion, raises, and benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and more.

Responsibilities

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment.
3. Safely operate company vehicles to and from job sites.
4. Complete all required paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE.
6. Follow safety guidelines from Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
7. Report to a Field Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Reliable communication for work scheduling.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
6. Pass a drug screening.
7. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform flagging duties.
