Traffic Control Flagger - Wright

Join us as a Traffic Control Flagger at Wright. We are a family-owned business with over 40 years of commitment to our employees and customers. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises based on performance.

Responsibilities

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
3. Drive the company vehicle safely to and from job sites.
4. Complete all required paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE according to Wright policies.
6. Read and understand the Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
7. Report directly to a Field Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, tolerate heat, cold, and rain.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment and remain drug-free.
• Ability to stand for entire shifts, perform hand and arm movements, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform flagging duties.
