Job Description: As a Traffic Control Flagger, your role includes:

• Setting up and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Working with team members to ensure safety.
• Managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and safety to clients.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
• Driving experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, as this role is safety-sensitive.

Additional Information:

• Pay: $18.00 to $18.75/hour, with overtime and potential pay increases within the first year.
• Advancement: Opportunities to become a Senior Protector in 4 months, with further growth to supervisory roles.
• Training: Paid, including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, with ongoing professional development.
