Job Description

As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
• Managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
• Providing excellent service and protection to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test, as this is a safety-sensitive role.

Additional Information

• Pay: $17.75 to $18.50/hour, based on experience, with overtime and a guaranteed pay increase within the first year.
• Opportunities for rapid advancement to roles such as Senior Protector, Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager.
• Paid, comprehensive training including ATSSA certification and defensive driving, with ongoing professional development.
