Job Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain safe work zones with proper equipment.
• Work with team members to ensure safety.
• Manage traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
• Provide excellent service and protection to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Driving experience is preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests.

Additional Information

• Pay: $17.00 - $18.00/hour, with overtime and potential pay increases.
• Advancement: Opportunities to become a Senior Protector in 4 months, and further to supervisory roles.
• Training: Paid training, ATSSA certification, and ongoing development.
