Job Description
As a Traffic Control Flagger, your responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure everyone's safety.
- Managing traffic flow effectively using stop/slow paddles.
- Providing exceptional service and protection to our clients.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
- Driving experience preferred.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings, including a drug test, as this is a safety-sensitive role.
Additional Information
- Competitive Pay: $30.00 to $30.75/hour based on experience, with overtime opportunities and guaranteed pay increases within the first year.
- Rapid Advancement: Opportunities to progress to Senior Protector in 4 months, with further growth potential to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.
