Job summary

Helix Traffic Solutions, LLC is seeking a full‑time, on‑site position in Indiana. The candidate will install and maintain traffic control devices, manage work‑zone safety, and support roadway projects within the Helix network. Training may be provided for certification and advancement.

We value reliable attendance, a valid driver’s license, and physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands‑on traffic control responsibilities in diverse weather

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and punctuality for daily work.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain traffic control devices on or adjacent to job sites.
Set and maintain traffic control throughout project duration, ensuring devices remain in proper location and working condition.
Install prefabricated directional and informational signs by hoisting into place and fastening to frameworks.
Read and work from plans to accurately locate, drive posts, and position signs.
Perform related signing work, including delineators, pavement striping, striping removal, reflective pavement markers, lane closures, and detours.
Service, maintain, and repair equipment and traffic control devices as needed.
