Experience as a Flagger or Crew Lead is required (3–6 months). ATSSA Flagger Certification is expected, with First Aid/ CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of prior experience as a Traffic Control Flagger or Crew Lead.
• ATSSA Flagger Certification (or company-approved equivalent) required.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct traffic control crews to set up work zones safely.
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting safe practices.
• Install, maintain, and remove traffic control devices as needed.
• Monitor work zones for hazards and communicate with supervisors.
• Complete required crew documentation and reports.
• Perform Traffic Control Flagger duties when required.
