Job summary

Ferrovial's Webber division seeks a Work Zone Barricade Servicer for heavy civil projects in Houston. You will assist the Foreman and craft workers with traffic control tasks, fabricate and install signs and devices, and operate equipment as needed.

The role requires outdoor work, heavy physical activity, and adherence to safety policies. Candidates should have 1–2 years in traffic control or related fields, and be able to move across job sites with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Move throughout a construction site, climb ladders and inclines, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and noise levels.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and report unsafe activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman and skilled workers in performing duties.
• Assist in traffic control: road striping, pavement marking, and signs/t traffic devices.
• Fabricate, erect and maintain temporary traffic control devices such as signs, barricades and arrow boards.
• Operate a truck during traffic control operations when required.
• Maintain tools and work area; assist other operations as directed.
