Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Supervisor: Foreman to oversee traffic control crews on heavy civil projects in Texas. You will assist the Foreman in traffic control tasks, install and maintain signs, barriers, and other devices, and help manage site safety and workflow.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of traffic control experience, are physically capable, and committed to following safety policies on all job sites.

Qualifications

• Education: less than High School Diploma.
• Experience: 1–2 years in traffic control preferred.
• Move throughout a construction site and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates, erects and maintains temporary traffic control devices, including arrow boards, signs, barricades, channelizing devices, barrels and all message boards.
• May operate a truck during traffic control operations.
• Lift, carry and hold construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Clean tools, equipment, materials and work area.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe activities.
