Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a Foreman I to lead construction crews on highway and infrastructure projects in Texas. You will ensure safety, review plans, manage tools and materials, and keep work on schedule.

You will mentor crew members, enforce quality standards, and coordinate with engineers and safety teams. OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR are preferred; a driver's license is required. This is a full-time, on-site role with challenging but rewarding opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience building highways/roads.
• Knowledge of project phases (Structures, Dirt, Pipe, Pavement).
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create and complete a job safety analysis every morning.
• Oversee crew's activities efficiently.
• Supervise, manage and direct training, development and assignments.
• Understand project plans for specific duties.
• Manage tools, materials and supplies.
• Manage equipment utilization.
• Respond to site production issues.
• Report crew hours accurately on daily timesheet.
