Are you an experienced mortgage closer with a sharp eye for detail, a knack for leadership, and the drive to keep operations running smoothly—even under pressure? Traditions Mortgage, a division of ACNB Bank, looking for a Mortgage Closing Team Lead to take charge of day-to-day team performance, elevate service standards, and ensure every closing meets regulatory and investor expectations.

This is your chance to lead a high-performing team at a respected, community-focused mortgage company. Using your mortgage knowledge, compliance expertise, and ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the linchpin between compliance, operations, and customer service—ensuring that each loan closes accurately and on time.

What You Bring To The Table

• 3+ years of mortgage closing or related experience in residential mortgage lending.
• Leadership or supervisory experience —you’ve led people or projects and know how to coach and develop others.
• Expertise in closing regulations and investor guidelines (FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, PHFA, etc.).
• Proficient with Encompass and comfortable navigating mortgage origination systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• A natural problem solver with strong analytical skills, independent judgment, and unwavering attention to detail.
• Able to stay calm, focused, and productive under tight deadlines and regulatory scrutiny.
• Collaborative, reliable, and motivated to lead a team with integrity and accountability.
