The position offers a 4-day, 10-hour workweek with clinic hours Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., morning hospital rounds followed by patient care in the clinic, and a focus on adult and geriatric populations with growth for pediatrics.

Family Medicine Physician - Rural Critical Access Hospital

A 23-bed rural critical access hospital in Broken Bow, NE is expanding its primary care team. This community-focused organization is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established group.

Position Highlights

• Team: Join a collaborative group of 6 physicians and 2 APPs
• Schedule: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)
• Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Workflow: Morning hospital rounds followed by clinic
• Patient Volume: 16-20 patients per day
• Services: Office-based procedures
• Patient Population: Primarily adult and geriatric, with opportunity to grow pediatrics
• Call: 1 weekday and 1 weekend per month, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.; must stay within 30 minutes of the hospital

• Earning potential: $500,000
