  • Producing product specifications and training peers and users on system use and maintenance
  • Performing unit, integration, and functional testing
  • Maintaining and supporting business-critical pre-trade signal and order generation systems through UAT and production, with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and timely processing

  • 1-5 years of relevant software development experience; strong recent graduates with relevant internship, academic, or project experience will also be considered. Prior financial services or investment management experience is not required
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills; C# is preferred, but strong candidates with experience in Java, Python, or another modern programming language will also be considered
  • Experience with or strong knowledge of concurrency, automated unit testing, and SQL
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with developers and business users throughout the software development life cycle
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to developing reliable, thoroughly tested software
  • Experience with event-driven architecture (messaging), F#, or functional programming (preferred)
